Cynthia founded the firm in 1990 after working several years
in both public and private accounting. She holds a
Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in
Accounting from Georgia Southern University and is a
Certified Public Accountant in both Georgia and South
Carolina.
Cynthia is an expert in both individual and entity tax return
preparation. Her specialties also include payroll taxes,
sales taxes, bookkeeping and other small business services.
She enjoys working with clients to develop bookkeeping systems, budgets and business plans.
Cynthia is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of CPAs. She and
her husband, Don, live in Screven County and have a daughter, Hayley Glisson Guilfoyle, who is also a CPA, CFE and is employed by the U.S. Dept. of Justice, as a financial analyst, and a son, Ryan Glisson, who is a nuclear engineer for Southern Nuclear Operating Company. Don and Cynthia have one grandchild, Easton Guilfoyle. Don and Cynthia love the outdoors. They enjoy saltwater fishing in the spring and summer and deer hunting in the fall.
